this ten story, 200,000 s/f project
is seeking financing to continue.

The concrete slab & frame building is organized around three components, a three story base, and an East and West wing. The wings are separated by a 30’ space which is an outdoor walking garden. The main view from the building is towards Manhattan, maximized by acoustically designed windows in a patchwork of clear & rice paper laminated translucent glass. The façade features 2 colors of brick with limestone towers oriented towards Hoboken along with dominating glass panels in aluminum frames. The Gateway is a showpiece for the City of Weehawken.

There are three levels of parking with the ground floor having has retail stores on 18th Street side.
