Just north of Philadelphia, Palmyra is a New Jersey community situated on the Delaware River. This project entailed designing a development for mixed use anchored by a municipal golf course. Preliminary schematics were developed for four 40,000 s/f office buildings, a 110 key motel and a golf club house with restaurant facilities.
